It started with just a little question

I was on the phone with my hosting company for one of my websites today.  My first experience was with a very nice  girl (yes, I know, but the term fits) who was oh so nice but totally screwed up the website I was working on.  And then we got disconnected.  *sigh*

So I called back and a very nice man answered.  I told him who I was working with and she was already with another customer so he said, “Let me help you”.

Hesitating I sighed, “Okay, but I don’t know if I have it in me to re-explain what’s going on”. *bigger sigh*

“Let’s try”, he said.  And so we did.

He then proceeded to undo what nice girl did and then do it right.  It didn’t work.

So then he troubleshot.  For 45 minutes.  If you’re counting you’ll know I’m now at an hour and a half.  After another 30 minutes (2 hours and counting) we were done.

The long and short of this 2 hour conversation?

My hosting company service reps are very nice.

I’m still screwed.

*biiiiigger sigh*
